The BAYRICH air-cooled belt splicing press (PA Series) is an all-in-one hot press for on-site splicing of PVC, PU, PVK and other thermoplastic conveyor belts. Heating, pressing and cooling are integrated in a single unit with a built-in air compressor and air-cooling system — no external water pump or compressor is required; simply connect to power. A Eurotherm (UK) temperature controller and an SMC (Japan) pressure controller deliver precise control, with a complete splice cycle of about 9–12 minutes. Supplied with a flight case and castors, it can be moved and operated by one person, and is widely used for installing and repairing lightweight belts in food, logistics and packaging.

▎Splicing Procedure

1. Cut both belt ends into finger shape;	2. Lay the belt on the lower platen and close/lock the upper platen;
3. Set temperature/time, then apply pressure and heat until the faces melt;	4. Stop heating; after air cooling, open the press and trim the splice.
