▎Introduction

BAYRICH Integrated Rubber Belt Vulcanizing Press (EPN-TW Series) uses a one-piece aluminium frame with a two-piece (upper / lower) structure, ready to use out of the box — no on-site beam assembly. A pressure-bag system and flexible silicone heating elements conform to uneven belt surfaces for dense, void-free and crack-free splices. Water pump and water tank cooling equipment is needed, shortening the vulcanizing cycle. The E4P-RS control panel manages temperature and time, with data logging and USB export (touch screen optional). Both rectangular (straight) and rhomboid (diagonal) splice profiles are available, and several units can be used side by side for longer splices. Widely used for belt splicing and repair in mining, ports, power plants and cement plants.

▎Vulcanizing Procedure

1. Mark the splice centre line; buff, skive and apply cement;	2. Lay the lower platen and pressure bag; position the splice;
3. Fit the upper platen, install the frames and clamp;	4. Inflate to 100 PSI and heat to 145–155 °C;
5. Dwell for the time set according to belt thickness;	6. Start built-in cooling; strip below 70 °C and trim.
