▎Product Overview
| Bayrich CO600 is A cutting and slitting machine for industrial belting. The C-shaped cantilever frame and open roller table take both open belts (laid flat and fed through) and endless belts (slipped over the arm and rotated) — a loop can be narrowed without cutting it open. ● C-frame open end — endless belts go straight on; no cutting, no dismantling. ● 5 circular blades — slide and lock them along the shaft; several strips per pass, 1–12 mm belting. ● Clean cut — shear cutting gives a straight, burr-free edge ready for splicing or edge sealing. 2.2 m footprint, 450 kg, one-man operation; blade change and width setting are done on the table with no special tools. |

Operation | Push-button, one operator | Net weight | approx. 450 kg |
▎Key Features
● Open C-frame—endless belts slip over, open belts feed flat | ● Multi-blade—several strips in one pass, high output |
● Down to 30 mm—narrow strips still run true | ● Roller feed—no scratching, no wandering |
● Clean edge—shear cut, burr-free, ready to splice | ● Compact—2.2 m footprint, one operator |
▎Applications
● Belt types—PU / PVC conveyor, flat base, nylon, rubber | ● Work—slitting open belts; narrowing endless belts on the cantilever |
● Limits—width ≤ 1200 mm; loop ≥ 1050 mm; slit ≥ 30 mm; 1–12 mm thick | ● Not suitable—steel-cord, cleated or guided belts (remove first) |
▎Operating Procedure
① Load: open belt flat on the rollers, or slip the loop over the arm | ② Set width: move the blades to the slit width, lock them |
③ Set blade: check depth and clearance, run a test cut | ④ Align: belt edge against the datum, feed straight |
⑤ Cut: start the spindle, feed at a steady rate | ⑥ Unload: stop, remove, check width and edge quality |
Tip: isolate the power and let the spindle stop before changing or cleaning blades; a loop under 1050 mm cannot go over the arm; never force a metal fastener or cleat through the blade line.
Specifications are for the standard configuration; the delivered unit prevails. Cutting capacity varies with belt compound, thickness and hardness — trial a sample first.
