The BAYRICH Handheld Rubber Belt Cutter is a portable electric cutting tool for rubber conveyor belts, designed for emergency on-site repairs, small-batch pre-cutting in workshops and temporary outdoor work in mining, ports, cement and logistics. Featuring a stainless steel housing, a dual-angled high-speed steel (HSS) blade and a permanently sealed, maintenance-free gearbox, it cuts rubber belts up to 40 mm thick and 40-90 SHOREA quickly and squarely, in both longitudinal and diagonal directions.
Two versions are available: the Corded model runs on 1x220V AC for stable power and long continuous operation - ideal for workshops and fixed workstations; the Cordless model is powered by an 20V Li-ion battery, free from power cables - ideal for field, elevated and no-power sites.

▎Operating Procedure

1. Before work, disconnect power (remove the battery on cordless) and inspect the blade and guard;	2. Lay the belt flat and secure it; mark the cutting line and angle if needed;
3. Corded: connect to 220V power; Cordless: insert a fully charged battery;	4. Hold the tool with both hands, align the blade with the cutting line and feed in slowly;
5. Push steadily along the line, keeping the tool perpendicular to the belt;	6. After cutting, release the switch, wait for the blade to stop, then remove the tool.
